Bio
Murray Harris, Om Gaia Tree, considers herself - along with other things - a vessel for music, a yogini, and a global ambassador for peace. Most of her childhood was spent in Dallas, Texas, where she focused on school studies & dance performances.
In 2001, Murray received her degree in Health & Exercise Science from Wake Forest University in North Carolina. After college she spent several months hiking & camping in New England before settling on the island of Kauai. Kauai was where her love of yoga began, with her teacher, Bhavani Maki, at Yoga Hanalei.
Murray has always been an avid traveller. Since 1995 she has been visiting places like Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Holland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Costa Rica, and Canada. In her most recent travels, Murray voyaged to Thailand, India, Sri Lanka, & Bali, shopping & studying yoga along the way.
