Goa Top

This summery halter top brings you right to the beach with it's casual yet classy feel.  Match it with dressier pants or a skirt for a fancier look, or dress it down with jeans or shorts.  It has elastic gathering across the top and bottom, creating a ruffle effect and keeping it in place as you move. The back is gathered but allows for extra strech so that it can adjust to your width, whether you are thin or broad.  It can be worn on or off the shoulder, and comes in two sizes to allow for larger or smaller busts.  This top comes in all of the same prints as the Palazzo Print Pants, as well as some colorful batik prints.
